Krishna

Krishna (Telugu: కృష్ణ) is a 2008 Telugu film starring Ravi Teja and Trisha Krishnan. The film is directed by V. V. Vinayak and produced by B. Kasi Vishwanatham. The film released on 12 January 2008, during the Sankranthi festival. It was dubbed into Tamil as Madhura Thmiru.

This is the first movie which casts actor Raviteja with actress Trisha Krishnan. This has been a much anticipated combination by many, including the hero Raviteja. Raviteja's lack of enthusiasm in recent performances in Khatarnak and Dubai Seenu has spurred director V V Vinayak to tell the hero he must be more original, genuine, and enthusiastic about this present venture. Meanwhile, Trisha is busy with two films simultaneously after the success of Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule. One of these films is Krishna and the other is Bujjigadu, starring Prabhas, filming mainly in her hometown and residence Chennai.

The filming crew filmed in Vijayawada for a couple of weeks, departing on the 20th of September. There was a craze in Vijayawada to catch glimpses of filming. As per request of Raviteja, who hails from Vijayawada, the crew also filmed a song there.

STORY

The film is about Krishna (Ravi Teja) who was once a software engineer but quits his job to give it to his friend and is unemployed in the city of Vijayawada. Sandhya (Trisha) is a girl from Hyderabad who studies in college and comes to Vijayawada for her vacation to stay with her brother Bobby (Brahmanandam). Bobby has a wife. Sandhya's elder brother is Bobby. Krishna falls in love with Sandhya at first sight and starts chasing her to win her heart and enters the upper portion of their house as tenants with his brother (Chandramohan) and sister in law (Sudha). Mistaking him to be one Tapori, Sandhya hates him first but later on she realizes his true nature . She returns to Hyderabad and lives with her older brother (Shinde), a former builder and now a very powerful Rowdy who is very possessive and protective about his sister. Krishna follows Sandhya to Hyderabad and works his way into their house with the help of Bobby and finally both of them confess their love. There, Krishna knows the flashback of Sandhya and how she is being chased by the notorious and cruel Jagga (Mukul Dev) assisted by his uncle (Jayaprakash Reddy) for marriage. Krishna fights Jagga, Sandhya's older brother kills Jagga, & Krishna marries Sandhya.

Namo Venkatesa

Namo Venkatesa is a 2010 Telugu language film, starring Venkatesh and Trisha Krishnan in the lead roles. The film is directed by Srinu Vytla, who recently gave big hits with Dhee, Dubai Seenu, Ready and King. Gopimohan is the story writer. The movie is produced by Achanta Gopichand, Achanta Ram and Anil Sunkara in association with D. Suresh Babu. Film opened to negative reviews from critics still making it a mass hit at box office. It has a lot of comedy.

STORY

Venkata Ramana (Venkatesh) is a ventriloquist. He goes along with the troop of artists to perform for a local Telugu association in Europe. Paris Prasad (Brahmanandam) is a tour organizer in Europe. He enjoys making people around bakras. Pooja (Trisha) is the niece of Prasad. Venkata Ramana falls in love with her. Prasad realises that only way to make Ramana bakra is to tell him that Pooja loves him too. Pooja is the daughter of a rich factionist in Rayalaseema and she is forced to return back in the middle. Her marriage is fixed with a guy she doesn’t like. The rest of the story is all about how Prasad conspires with Ramana to rescue Pooja.

STORY

Chandra Pratap Varma aka King(Nagarjuna) hails from Royal family & he takes over legacy & riches after death of his father Raja Varma (Mr Late Sobhan Babu). King has a younger brother Ajay (Deepak), mother (Geetha), mother's bro(Dharmavarapu Subramanyam), & late dad's 3 sisters. Mother's bro's married. Each of Raja Varma's sisters is married. Their husbands are (C Jayaprakash, Krishna Bhagawan, Sayaji Shinde). The uncles steal money, which's for the workers. They make it look like that the employee Chandu's responsible. King believes and fires Chandu. Suddenly, King knew that the uncles hid the money in their room. He kept quiet cuz of his aunts, mother, etc. He didn't want to ruin his family's honor. King's uncles are jealous of his power. King's brother gets kidnapped by henchmen of a rival business man named Bhagat. King rescues his younger brother. King's late dad's sisters' husbands plan to kill King indirectly. This planned day arrives and King goes away on a business trip where he meets his bodyguard, Munna and another employee, Swapna (Mamta Mohandas). Before King leaves airport, this mysterious guy's after King. Guy tries to shoot King, but misses. King chases him to graveyard, but doesn't see him. Unfortunately, Swapna was working with mysterious guy all along and Swapna shoots King who's presumed dead. King's bodyguard sees King in cemetery, but doesn't tell police the truth. 2 of the 3 evil uncles say other evil uncle's responsible for making King go missing. 1st evil uncle escapes and it's assumed that he's responsible. Mother believes her son King's safe.
Another story thread is incorporated through the introduction of gangster Bottu Seenu (again played by Nagarjuna), who falls in love with a singer Shravani (Trisha). Shravani does not care for a wastrel like Bottu Seenu, so Seenu poses as a software engineer named Sarath to impress her. Shravani's elder brother (Srihari) knows B.S. but I don't know if Srihari would get mad about B.S. loving Shravani. B.S. pretends to be Sarath who wears tie, shirt, and pant, Srihari gets fooled too. Real sarath (Sunil) imposes Raghu rokda in front of a cop by mistake. Cop mistakes Sarath as B.S. and beats him up really bad in hilarious way. Meanwhile, the villainous uncles send goons to look for King, thinking he's still alive. They run into Seenu and he thrashes them. Same 1st evil uncle proposes a deal to Seenu, and asks him to pose as King and return to the palace. Shravani and Srihari mistaken him as Sharath again. They accompany him to palace. Another twist's that Munna's evil too. He has picture of King's dead body, time, and day. Swapna's none other than Chandu's daughter, but he committed suicide cuz nobody believed him. She and mysterious shooter were hired by Bhagath and mysterious shooter's Baba. Now's she's hired to kill King's bro. King's brother brings home his fiancee Pooja/Swapna. Suddenly, B.S. attacks Pooja, but few seconds later, he has no idea what happened. Srihari believe King's spirit came to get revenge and controlled Sharath. Sharath/B.S. gets engaged to Shravani. Swapna knows that it's not King who's living in the palace right now. Bhagath hires bunch of guys including Baba to dress up in black and kill King's imposter and brother in palace during night. Bhagath doesn't trust girls so tells baba to kill Swapna. Sarath/BS's controlled by King's spirit and saves Deepak from Swapna. Another twist: King's bro met Swapna rt before she killed King. She feels that Deepak depends on his brother too much so he told her to kill King. 3rd twist: BS/Sharath is revealed as King. He calms his bro down. Munna's revealed as a good guy, but captures Baba. Baba reveals his motive for killing Deepak, Swapna, and Swapna is Chandu's daughter. Swapna's told what really happened that day, but doesn't kill Varma. The father and friends who took care of BS were Munna's people. Munna's real name's probably Raghu rokda. Varma says that Deepak's mistake's unforgivable. Varma's family members r feeling sad, so he decides to leave. He dies in an explosion which takes place in his car. Varma's mother leaves and doesn't want anyone to look for her. Everyone else's probably still mad at Deepak. 4th Twist's dat King's still alive. He reveals his plan to Shravani only. Same Bhagath's henchman who kidnapped Deepak at beginning of movie, King told him: "I want u to tell me Bhagath's evil plans." After King got shot, Munna took him to hospital. Swapna's details were fake, so they couldn't find her. He decided to play this double role drama. Bhagath's henchman/King's informer reveals the shooter's working for Bhagath too but didn't find details about Swapna. When King met his evil uncles again, none of them had nothing to do with it. King's informer blew up Varma's car after Varma escaped. This was Varma's plan too. Informer put a bomb inside Bhagath's car too, so King talks to Bhagath on phone before Bhagath dies. King pretends to be Sarath in front of everyone else.
Final Twist: BS/Munna's father and friends were responsible for messing up lights and pulling table with rope in King's palace. They did it to make it look like King's spirit came for revenge.

Bujjigadu

Bujjigadu (Telugu: బుజ్జిగాడు) is a 2008 Telugu language film directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by K. S. Rama Rao. Prabhas plays the lead role, with Trisha Krishnan and Sanjana playing the heroines. The film has been dubbed into Tamil as Kumaran Rajini Rasigan. This movie is dubbed in Hindi as Deewar-Man of Power.

STORY

Bujji (Prabhas) and Chitti (Trisha Krishnan) are inseparable childhood friends. But when an unfortunate altercation leads to a fissure between the two, Chitti asks Bujji not to meet her for 12 years. She does, however, promise to marry him at the end of the lengthy hiatus, leaving Bujji but a glimmer of hope. After half-heartedly agreeing to her harsh terms, the forlorn Bujji leaves home, the pain of living in Visakhapatnam without seeing Chitti too much to bear. He winds up in Chennai, hence the tagline, Made in Chennai.
He spends those dozen years in Chennai presumably like a 'goonda', as he is shown beating up people. Also, he spouts Tamil dialogues now and then, and is a great fan of Rajnikanth.
When Bujji returns after 12 years, he foolishly beats up cops in mufti, and lands in jail. In jail, he encounters the sons of Machi Reddy (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who give him Rs 1,00,00,000 to finish off Sivanna (Mohan Babu). But when Bujji tires to kill Sivanna, he is injured. Sivanna lets him stay at his house and uses him as his henchmen. Only then does he learn that his long lost love, Chitti, is Sivanna's sister. Chitti is studying in London and her family is living in Hyderabad. She sends her sister Sanjana to contact Bujji. Bujji disguises his name as Rajini Kanth when he is treated there. Sivanna learns that his actual name is Bujji, but he asks him not to tell Chitti, because he is scared she might never want to see him again, since he was responsible for his wife's death. When Machi Reddy learns that he is part of Sivanna's gang, his son shoots Chitti and kidnaps Sanjana, and says to switch her for Sivanna . Will Sivanna live, or Bujji live? And will Chitti live or die?

Athadu

Athadu (Telugu: అతడు) is a 2005 Telugu film produced by RamMohan.M and D.Kishore and directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The movie stars Mahesh Babu, Trisha Krishnan, Sonu Sood, Nassar and Prakash Raj. The movie soundtrack was scored by Mani Sharma. The film released on 10 August 2005. The film went on to become one of the highest grossing films in Tollywood. But this film story line is loosely based on 1988 Telugu movie Varasudochhadu starring Venkatesh. The movie was dubbed into Tamil and Malayalam languages as Nandhu and Target respectively. Athadu has also been remade in Hindi as Ek The Power of One and in Bengali as Wanted.
Nanda Gopal /Nandu (Mahesh Babu) is a professional assassin, and Malli (Sonu Sood) is his partner. They charge Rs. 1.5 crore per assassination.
A party leader, Shiva Reddy (Sayaji Shinde), wants someone to attempt an assassination on him so that he can get more sympathy votes in the upcoming election. Shiva Reddy's colleague Baji Reddy(Kota Srinivasa Rao) hooks him up with Nandu for a deal. However, before Nandu can shoot Shiva Reddy, someone else fatally shoots him. Within minutes, police surround the building. Just before the exit of the building, a big car accident occurs on the street with Nandu's car. Nandu assumes that Malli got trapped and died in the accident. So Nandu goes to the top of the skyscraper. With the police behind him and in front of him, he is helpless. Suddenly a train comes and Nandu uses a rope to jump from the skyscraper to the train.
On the train, Nandu meets Pardhu (Rajiv Kanakala). Pardhu reveals that he ran away from his village, Basarlapudi, when he was young. Pardhu explains that he is finally returning to his village. Later that same evening, while aiming for Nandu, the police accidentally shoot Pardhu. Nandu escapes and decided to go to Basarlapudi. Thinking that Nandu is Pardhu, Pardhu's family accepts Nandu into their family.
Meanwhile, a CBI officer, Anjaneya Prasad (Prakash Raj), investigating the murder of Shiva Reddy comes across Nandu alias Pardhu. He suspects Nandu of Shiva Reddy's murder.He tries taking Nandu's fingerprints unconventionally but Nandu outsmarts him. Soon clues lead to Malli but he is dead.
Meanwhile, in Barslapudi, after the marriage of the grand-daughter was over, the CBI come because they find out that Nandu is not Pardhu and suspect that Nandu is the killer. Nandu learns of the situation and flees. After the CBI leave, Nandu returns to explain everything: who is he and how the real Pardhu got killed. At first the family shows no interest in helping Nandu to find the real assassin as they are all shocked but the grandfather (Nassar) helps Nandu by giving him a gun. Nandu calls Baji Reddy and demands to know who killed Shiva Reddy. At first, Baji Reddy refuses but after Nandu tells him that he recorded their first conservation on the phone, Baji Reddy reveals everything. It was Malli who killed Shiva Reddy for 2 crores. He faked his death by sending a drunkard in the car at the time of the accident. Nandu records this conversation and immediately leaves for the old church, where Malli is. Nandu and Malli meet and Nandu has the gun loaded before Malli. But the same policemen who killed Pardhu barge in. Nandu manages to kill all of them and also kill Malli. Nandu hands over the recorded cassette to the CBI officer. The CBI officer goes directly to Bajji Reddy's office and tells him that he will hand him over to the police. Baji Reddy tells him that he has no concrete evidence. The CBI officer tells him that the tape is evidence enough for Siva Reddy's hot headed son,who has vowed vengeance for his father's death.Trapped without any recourse,Baji Reddy commits suicide. In the last scene, Nandu immerses Pardhu's ashes and the CBI officer lets him go to Pardhu's real family, where he plans to stay forever.

Teenmaar

Teenmaar (Celebration of Love) is a Telugu film directed by Jayanth C. Paranji. The film is a remake of the successful hindi film Love Aaj Kal, with Pawan Kalyan, Trisha Krishnan and Kriti Kharbanda playing the lead roles. The film's music is composed by Mani Sharma. The film portrays the feeling of pure love which never changes, although the perspective of realizing one's soulmate has changed over time. The film, which was earlier referred to as Khushiga and Lovely, before being officially titled as Teenmaar, has released on 14 April 2011. The audio of the film is released on 21 March 2011. MAA TV has bought Theemaar Satellite rights for Rs 5.5 Crores

Bangaram

Movie released on 3 May 2006 and was directed by Tamil director Dharani. This film has Pawan Kalyan in the lead role and Meera Chopra, Raja, Reema Sen, Ashutosh Rana, Mukesh Rishi, and playing the supporting roles.The movie was an average grosser at box office. Bangaram(pavan kalyan) is a reporter at a news channel. he dreams of getting into an international news channel of BBC. On his own dream he ends at Peddi Reddy(Mukesh Rishi) who is an factionest. he needs his signature to get his dream full filled but before that he gets entangled with Peddi"s daughter Sandhya(meera chopra)and Vindhya(Sanusha). later Bhooma Reddy(Ashutosh Rana) wins over Peddi's heart and is able to convince him to marry Sandhya to him. but Sandhya has already got her own love story with Vinay(Raja). Bangaram feeling guilty about foiling Sandhya's escape plan and mean looks of vindhya, he finally helps her by taking her to the city. but then the villains are not to far behind. later vinay also losses contact in a bomb blast. then Bangaram is able to find Vinay with the help of a driver(Raghu babu) and his company. but just then Bhooma kidnaps Vindhya(who just turns 18) and blackmails Bangaram that he will marry her if Sandhya is not returned. but he later goes to Bhoooma and able to save Vindhya and kill Bhooma which forms the climax. In the end it is reveled that, Bangaram finds his own love( Trisha Krishnan ) in a train journey.
